MAXCLOCK

Latest information - as of  2019-02-28:

The current software version 3.4 is available since Feb. 2019

Since the ephemeris time prediction model of the old version 3.3 deviated by appr. 1.5 seconds at the end of 2018, the new version has been set up with most recent Delta-T values derived from IERS C04 Earth orientation data up to Dec. 2018.

Version 3.4 is computationally equivalent and fully backwards compatible to versions 3.3, 3.2, and 3.1.

Regarding precession/nutation modelling, the software uses the conventional paradigm and the IAU 1980 lunisolar series.  The paradigm outlined by IAU 2000 resolutions will probably be realized in future software versions.
